Our Farro Fresh Mt. Wellington store is on the hunt for a passionate and dedicated Grocery Manager.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about food and has a good understanding of cooking and recipe ingredients, but above all a passion for inspiring and motivating people to reach their potential and be a highly engaged and effective team.

This is a hands-on leadership role that requires:

• Exceptional time management skills
• Strong Leadership experience
• Ability to effectively train, coach and mentor team members
• Attention to detail
• Retail experience (FMCG or Food-related Hospo)
• Ability to generate and analyse sales reports and data
• Managing a large number of product lines within the department
• Rostering and managing payroll data for the team
• Working rostered shifts (Tuesday to Saturday)
• Excellent customer care and resolution skills
• Above average food knowledge
• Manual stock ordering
• Stock control
• Merchandising
