Team Leader - Evening Shift

We are on the hunt for a hands-on Team Leader to help to lead our Orakei-based Production Kitchen Team.
As support to the Operations Manager, you will assist with overseeing the smooth and consistent production of the delicious food we create here at the Farro Production Kitchen.
The successful candidate will be highly organised, with a keen eye for detail and top-notch communication skills. As team leader you will be required to help with recruitment, training and development of team members. Of course, it goes without saying that as part of the food prep team you will have experience and knowledge in a wide range of cooking techniques, methods and ingredients, and you love working as part of a busy but supportive team environment.
This 35-45 hour-per-week role requires you to be available to work on a roster between the hours of 2pm and midnight, Monday - Sunday.
