Deli Kitchen Supervisor

Our Farro Lunn Ave store is on the hunt for a passionate and dedicated Deli Kitchen Supervisor.

We're looking for someone who is as passionate as we are about giving our customers the experience they deserve when they walk into our store, and is keen to ensure that food that comes out of the Lunn Ave kitchen reaches those high standards.

The role involves some time working in the deli serving customers, so your friendly and helpful nature will be a definite bonus. This role would be perfect for someone who loves kitchen work and is looking for the next step in their career, acting as a guide and role model for other kitchen workers.

The recipe for success in this role includes:

  • Chef / cooking training
  • Retail experience (FMCG or Food-related Hospo)
  • Commercial kitchen experience
  • Safe food handling certificate/training
  • Knife skills
  • Exceptional time management skills
  • Attention to detail
