Warehouse Manager - Full Time (Internal only)

A rare and incredible opportunity has come up to join our Warehouse Team at Farro Epsom.

As the Warehouse Manager, you will play a key role in the leadership team to help drive the business forward and lead and develop the team to meet the standards required in line with our business strategies and procedures.

You are passionate about organising space and getting the details right. When it comes to your work, everything has its proper place, and safety is very important to you.

Here's what we need from you:

  • Effective stock control measures and turnover
  • Working on the floor as part of a roster to lead by example
  • Monitor productivity and be able to instruct and direct and mentor staff
  • Establish successful business relationships with key contacts including suppliers
  • Merchandising and product placement
  • Analysing and reporting sales data
  • Effective budget management (including rostering)
  • Leadership and ownership of the team
  • Correct and conscious ordering
  • Organising and undertaking all stocktakes
  • Current forklift licence (essential) with an F endorsement (preferred)

Working very closely with the Store Manager, as well as dealing directly with suppliers, you play a pivotal role in establishing excellent working relationships with all the key contacts within your role. This role needs you to be level-headed and make sound business decisions, with the main two focuses being divided into leading your team and managing the key functions of the business to ensure a seamless and superior customer experience.
